Swiss Tower incorporates the distinct characteristics of Switzerland into its visual presentation and space, an architectural form assembled in the light that’s unmistakably Swiss. A 40-storey office tower with 3 basements, each of which is split into 2 levels. The tower has a total built up area of 54,650 SQ. M, and a footprint of 1,100 SQ. M .

The first 20 levels, there are 6 “sky-gardens” / balconies every 3 levels, which alternate to be either on the North and South face of the Tower. All of the Offices at every level have a raised floor, with a false ceiling.

KEY CHALLENGES

Completing the substructure in six months and achieving a concrete slab cycle of 5 days.
