ECC Employees have once again proven their innovation and efficiency in what they do. This group of Kaizen Certificate Awardees has once again excelled in their area of expertise by implementing systems that have enabled them to be leaner and more efficient.

ECC started the 'Kaizen Initiative to support and promote our employees thinking innovatively, efficiently, and productively. Congratulations to the nineteen (19) exceptional people for striving to be proficient and coming out victorious.
