"I started working in ECC in 2003, so in total I have been with the company for 20 years now."

2. What keeps you motivated in doing your work here at ECC?

"I love the people in ECC because of how they treat me; they are kind and respect me, even though I am just a helper. This is just one of my many reasons, but most of all, my main reason is my family; I want them to have a better life, and 20 years here at ECC helped me and my family a lot. Despite the challenges, being a cleaner and a gardener can also be rewarding; many people take pride in their work and find satisfaction and I do to."
