These visits aim to facilitate open communication and collaboration between the different ECC companies and departments to achieve synergy and set ECC Group standards for
HSE, Quality, Efficiency, and Productivity.
These visits intend to expose the management and departments of ECC Group's sister companies to the business areas where they are not actively involved so that ideas, input, and opinions can be shared to benefit those locations. It is also essential for them to participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental concerns to be an example for our staff and workers.
