Engineering Contracting Company LLC (ECC), one of the most established and diverse contracting companies in the region, recently hosted its Annual Sports and Fun Day, displaying its commitment to its dedicated and highly qualified employees. ECC Group prides itself on quality and to remain consistent with delivering high quality projects, the company stresses on the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The event took place on the 6th of April from 9AM until 6PM.  

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance improves quality of work, enhanced work performance, reduction of costs due to lower staff turnover, as well as, employee retention and improved organizational performance overall. A poor work-life balance can lead to a variety of symptoms which can affect employee wellbeing. This ranges from the flu to serious health conditions like strokes and respiratory problems.
